Found these in Nilai3 Wholesale area. Quite nice looking. But blue...bleagh!


Ended up choosing a more traditional yellow tinge. My wife chose a simple 2-tier design with 6 crystals.

To my surprise, the box is heavy! Turns out, each crystal tube weighs a hefty 3 kilos!

Imagine our apprehension when the electrician was installing the lighting onto our plaster ceiling. That's 18 kilos hanging on to the plaster ceiling framework. Glad it's holding steady but I wouldn't want to be standing beneath it, just in case.

"That's 18 kilos hanging on to the plaster!"

Here's how a DEKA Q7 looks like. It sports a nice chrome finishing which makes it look stylish.

This is going to be fitted at the main living area. You can see it in the preview post on Project Casa Impian.

Project Casa Impian - Scope

These are the planned renovations in Phase 1.

Step A - Plaster Ceiling and Painting for Living and Dining Area

Step B - Window Tint all around.

Step C - Safety Grill, Kitchen Grill Extension, Kitchen Polycarbonate Awning

Step D - Lighting and Ceiling Fan, Fancy Switches, Ground Floor only.

Step E - Reinforced Security at key entry points.

Step F - Turf Grass

Phase 2 will most likely be the kitchen area and ground floor bathroom.

Phase 3 will involve the Master Bedroom, Room 2, 3 and 4 and the respective bathrooms.

Phase 4 will complete the project with family area and front lawn/car porch.

Ok, back with another project after a long sojourn.

This time, it's a home renovation project for a new house in Bangi.

Phase 1 involves the Main Lounge and Dining Area.

I'll be posting some progress of the project but here's a preview of the almost completed renovation works.
